the delivery time changes four times. The food while tasty was onky warm on arrival. it was not hot, even though according to the app it only started being prepared closer to the fourth updated delivery time. it has been a while since we used menulog as this happens all too often. we have been going directly to restaurants ourselves. we will definitely be doing that in future as today's experience once again reinforced that menulog is not reliable and is misleading.

Ruben’s pizza is always delicious and is one of my favourite pizza places in Wollongong! Their staff are always super nice and their delivery / pick up times are always quick

We ordered our food at 7.20pm and did not receive it until 8.40pm. The food was cold and inedible. I called the restaurant and they take no responsibility for this delay. Very very unhappy.

The Nutella pizza was really horrible. It had a stingy amount of Nutella and the crust was almost inedible. It tasted like cardboard. On the other hand the scotch finger calzone was really good.
