More than 3 hours after ordering was the expected delivery time. I called the restaurant they said the food was ready half an hour after ordering. I asked to cancel Menulog and I’ll just pick up and pay them directly they said they can’t cancel on their end I have to cancel with Menulog. Menulog no longer takes phone calls. Had to use the online chat. The customer service refused to cancel my order. I said if they gave honest delivery times at the start I would not have ordered through them.

The delivery time kept getting pushed back (nearly an hour after originally stated) My food was delivered cold. To the point it was starting to stiffen up. The delivery driver was standoffish and seemed to hurriedly pass my food and ran off nearly dropping my food in the process. Very disappointed in how this went as I was looking forward to my food

Delivery was late and still delivered to the wrong address. My neighbour opened my meal and I was not going to eat that so when speaking two customer service I seen for my refund of $25 customer service felt it was necessary to only give me a five dollar Goodwill voucher so I was left with no food and a five dollar reimbursement still missing $20. I would honestly pay the five dollars for peace of mind. Thanks Menulog you really do care about your customers.
