my food was cold

Detoured on map and went out of the way to collect food for another order. Food had been tipped while in the car and all the chips had fallen out the bag making them cold. The restaurant prepared it well but the driver did not handle with care. Possibly ate fries out the bag as was gap in the 'sealed' sticker
