I had special instructions for the food to be delivered to my door. It was left hanging over the front fence and I was not notified of the delivery. The deliverer couldn't even be bothered to phone or message. The ap was slow in updating so didn't show the delivery for 15 minutes. My meal was cold and inedible.

My qas not complete, ordered items were not cooked and sent with the order. Staff need to pay attention to detail and read the order correctly.
