I am extremely dissatisfied with my menulog experience. I waited over 90 minutes for my order and the only people who could assist me with my order were the staff at The Sherwood. They are amazing. I should not have to wait that long for an order nor should the staff have to keep making coffees since the menulog employees don't collect the orders on scheduled time. I would like a full refund for my order and will send an email following this up if I do not hear back from menulog in a timely manner. If I do not get a full refund I will not use your service ever again.
