    Recieved wrong item that wasn't belong to us. I recieved "UBR #521E1 for Bradley S" that ordered "Reg Satay" from Wok it Up whereas that is not ours. We ordered two boxes (Meat Lovers & Mongolian).... so hopefully get refunds ASAP.

    Laksa is not the best, very watery, noodle only had a couple of bits of meat, not worth the price

    Asked that the order be left in the porch and the front doorbell rung. Happened to see the driver on security camera arrive and leave. Doorbell was never rung, food just left. This isn’t the first time we have received no indication from the driver that the food had arrived. Had even left a tip this time to see if that made any difference. Will not be leaving tip again. Will think twice before ordering knowing that unless we have the app open our food will be left to go cold.

    Restaurant told me that my order was given to driver at 17:15 and didn’t get to me till 1800. I leave less than 10 minutes from restaurant. Food not hot on arrival

    Great amount of food ,only down side was left on the front step ,the driver never even knock on the door to let me know it was here ,only knew as I was checking as I heard a car door

    Would be nice if the delivery person advising they are here instead of just leaving the food at the steps.

    The delivery drivers/delivery driver coordination is terrible on this app. Ordered this in advance, but still over an hour late. The lateness of this negatively affected the quality of this food. I'll get the food myself next time and deleting this frankly pointless app
