    Wrong burger was delivered. Was called and advised they did not have my drink. No refund offered, instead replacement drinks. I reluctantly selected these and then the wrong flavours were delivered. Food arrived cold.

    The delivery driver dropped the food at my front door - did not notify it was there. Luckily I heard him talking on his phone. I think that is rude. The chips were stone cold. The ribs tasty but almost cold. The nachos had been sitting around for so long that they were soggy and inedible. I only live a few blocks from Smoking Burgers and Ribs so assume there was an issue with coordinating the preparation of food to the assigning to a delivery person. I am unlikely to use this service again. For almost $50 I expect more.
