Sottiles Hoppers Crossing still operate from the Branton Road premises and management are proud of their high standard of customer service. The menu consists of pizza, pasta, steak and seafood, not to mention the original recipe for fish and chips. The restaurant is owned and managed by Nunzio and Susan Sottile along with their qualified staff which include the head chef who is responsible for the preparation of the tantalizing meals. All the meals use only the freshest of ingredients which must meet the management and chef’s high standard of approval.
