Hi, yesterday I ordered a cold brew black and a protein ball I choose cold brew black because I wished to not have any milk in my coffee, although the Menulog app didn’t allow me to add it to my order unless I picked a milk. There was a cold brew white option as well. I picked full cream milk even though I’m lactose intolerant because I didn’t want to be charged $1 extra for alternative milk. After placing my order I called the store to let them know I didn’t want milk and to tell them the app wasn’t functioning correctly. I called multiple times and left a messages and go mo response. My coffee came with milk in it so I wasn’t able to drink it.

I have gotten soul origin lots of times delivered and this time my salad was very empty (the container wasn’t filled at all) I’m guessing you guys where ruining out? Next time can you please let me know or ask if I want something else because it’s not worth it if I’m only getting a tiny amount. Usually always great though

Beautiful, fresh baguette with delicious chicken schnitzel & slightly spicy Mayo, plus fresh tomato & lettuce. Nice! Next time I might opt for the “toasted” option, because that is also delicious, but it adds maybe 5 minutes to the prep time. No cooking = swift order!
