Sunday 07 July 2024Soul origin did not include the banana bread in the order but I was charged for it. When I called to inquire, the level of customer service was terrible. The woman who answered the telephone did not let me speak so I had to shout to be heard. The manager got on the phone and told me to call Menulog for a refund. They refused to provide the food they had forgotten. Very unsatisfactory. Menulog did their part well. I was very upset with soul origin as the sandwich I ordered was dry. Bad service
