Tuesday 03 September 2024Not happy that the delivery person didn’t knock or ring my doorbell but just dumped my food on my doorstep and left. I have video footage showing they made no attempt to notify me of my delivery. I request for it to be hand delivered for a reason as I can not pick it up from the ground. I have had to get someone walking by my house, a stranger, and ask for their help. To make things worse is that I am busy working, so was completely unaware until after 20 mins. My meal was cold as a result
