The food is quite authentic. Have to say they’re one of the best. Over the last ten years have ordered from them often. Very consistent. Can certainly recommend them to anyone.

the driver was at the restaurant for 40 minutes according to tracking. I had to phone the restaurant twice. They were excellent in updating me on the order. When the driver arrived more than an hour after I placed the order he said he had to walk three blocks to the restaurant, but Menulog website tracking said he was at the restaurant for 45 minutes. Shocking service from this driver

Ordered via Menulog. Order arrived, we checked it straight away and noticed the Chicken Biryani was missing. Called the store immediately to be told “we put all the items in the bag, take it up with Menulog”. Really? You’re the ones who screwed it up, but whatever. So onto Menulog, and instead of getting the missing item, they would only issue a refund. Onto the food. Hubby ordered the $14 Tandoori Chicken entree. Six tiny pieces of cubed chicken that was too dry to eat. The Lamb Korma sauce was nice, the lamb itself was dry. The Butter Chicken was quite nice. The naans were cold and tasteless. For the prices, the average food and the poor service,, I’d definitely go elsewhere.

Waiting time is extended 3 times. The order suppose to arrive by 7:25 pm but it arrived at 7:45pm. Thanks

They sent half order with the driver and when I called up for missing item, they took 40 minutes to send those items. The food quality was really bad i wish i could provide photo of burnt naan.
