20 minutes before the specified pickup time SpudBar called to tell me they were closing the store early and that they had to leave in 5 minutes so they would leave the food outside the door of the store!?! This is not okay. I could have been there earlier if they'd specified an earlier time. To boot, the food was cold, otherwise it was lovely. It could be that the staff had a difficult night and that's fair enough. Some earlier communication would have been great.

I paid for double Beef chilli con carne, but received about 4 beans and no meat!! I presume because it’s delivery they know you are not taking it back!! Not acceptable!!
