Driver did not place the food at the door and it was halfway down the path so we didn’t know that our food had arrived, and not getting a notification on our ring doorbell that there was someone there

Drivers kept cancelling . Its not the the restaurant fault. I am pretty certain I wont be using Menu log again. It is because of delivery issues and that the food had to be kept warm but it had been too long being kept warm so obviously what was paid for ended up being pretty wrecked.

I waited over an hour for the food and had to go pick it up in the end due to a lack of drivers. When I arrived, the staff told me that the food had been sitting there for half an hour. I asked the staff to reheat it but they said they were not able too. They also declined my request for a refund. I requested a refund from Menulog but was given credits and not even for the full amount. These credits are useless as I’m not planning on using Menulog anytime soon.
