Thursday 29 February 2024Was taking a long time to leave site after picking up order. After about 10 minutes I started tracking driver on the map because the delivery should have already arrived. It became apparent the driver was doing other pick-ups and deliveries along the way. Went totally in the wrong direction up to Wardoo Street, had a stop there, then up further away to Smith Street. Finally heading in the right direction along Nerang-Southport Road, again, did a turn around to do a pick-up near Red Rooster, Ashmore. Disgusting attitude. Not happy with this driver. Took over half and hour to do a 8 minute delivery.
