Food prepared and waiting in restaurant for almost 3 hours not under heat lamps or any way to prevent food spoiling or becoming potentially dangerous to consume. Contact support and received no help. Went in to pick up order after being told items would be remade which wasn't and had to wait for that, items also were no longer in stock. Courier arrived at restaurant while I was thereafter it was explained to support team I would pick up. Absolutely pathetic from start to finish.

Great food, delivery was late a little, not sure if this is the driver’s fault as based on the app he waited for a while at the restaurant..
