order is totally cold and we add sauces in our order but they did not put and also no salt and pepper as well.

Ordered food, originally told it would arrive at 12.30, readvised to 1.20 as it was still ‘being prepared’, food arrived at 1.45. The cooked item was cold. The other sub was missing the meat. Incredibly unhappy. Would appreciate a full refund

I was able to follow my order from placement to delivery through the app. When it arrived, my order was incomplete. As I was having difficulties reaching them on the phone, (they must have been super busy) I went to them and let them know what was missing from my order. This was promptly replaced and some parts, remade. Thank you so much Subway - Stepney 🙂
