The delivery driver was extremely rude. Could not find where I was despite calling me and me leaving my office space to find him. Once he found me, he basically threw the bag to me as he was angry?

Food arrived 2 hours late after I tried at length to cancel the order due to the absurd waiting time. I was in bed when the delivery driver called and said he was nearby. The delivery driver didn’t even attempt to meet me at my address and instead was parked at random in the middle of my street some 30 metres away. The food arrived cold, soggy and inedible. I will never use Menulog again
