Preordered at 945am for 12pm. Kept getting notifications of 1250pm and 130pm so contacted Menulog to advise we would just go in to collect it, which was difficult but in the end is what ended up happening!

ordered a meatball pepperoni sub, came cold, with no meatballs, literally only pepperoni and cheese, no salads, no sauce, no seasoning, not even a quarter of what I paid for, this is terrible service, if you couldn’t complete the order don’t accept it
