I'm not sure why they don't put the cheese on BEFORE toasting the bread? this is the only Subway I've ever ordered from (Australia, Canada and USA) who doesn't melt the cheese when a TOASTED sub is order, as per franchise training policies adhere to.

Asked for classic chicken but got chicken strip's. Also no extra pickles or olives that I also asked for. Poor service

I got someone elses order and phones twice to be hung up on.. Drove to the shop and asked for my order but was told they didn't get it due to the Menulog system was in error mode and didn't send the order to the front counter. Meanwhile, a courier bloke was their to pick up the order for his customer. They did however made my order straight away although service was slow moving as was the staff. Will never order from Subway at the Lakes again.
