I tried cancelling during my order 2 hours later. apparently it can't be cancelled. since the long wait during my chat with customer service. then they offered me $10.59 credit . which completely unexcusable. as a consumer I was requesting within my right too cancel my order during a moment when a driver WAS NOT assigned by a driver yet! menu log has broken the law. and the outcome of this situation was not resolved correctly. I have reported this too the ACCC for not complying with the law!
