Even after writing to ‘ring doorbell to confirm delivery’ the driver has yet again delivered to the wrong address . Yet again I loose money, my family goes hungry, and I have to re-order. I cannot call anyone via menulog so as a customer I am essentially powerless. Extremely frustrated with your service, your drivers inability to follow instructions or maps and it saddens me I have now lost so much money from your service and not had food delivered. If a driver can contact me why can’t I contact the driver when he is lost of my food says delivered when it’s not??

Food was great but The delivery service is more than pathetic as nobody arrived to pick my order for over 2 hours. I went and picked it up

yesterday they dropped our food on the whole next street over and tonight they just drove around our house and parked just up the street from us. so I walk up to him and as I saw him eating it he drove away. this is just my last two nights. I'm not usually a person who windges but this is getting ridiculous now.
