We never received our order. We received a completely different order with only one sub (for 5 people). We called the restaurant and they said we had to contact the driver and they had no way of contacting the driver themselves. Ummm, neither did we!

Even after writing to ‘ring doorbell to confirm delivery’ the driver has yet again delivered to the wrong address . Yet again I loose money, my family goes hungry, and I have to re-order. I cannot call anyone via menulog so as a customer I am essentially powerless. Extremely frustrated with your service, your drivers inability to follow instructions or maps and it saddens me I have now lost so much money from your service and not had food delivered. If a driver can contact me why can’t I contact the driver when he is lost of my food says delivered when it’s not??
