Food delivered over an hour after order time. App pushed delivery time by 10min intervals for over 30 mins. Driver didnt knock, food was left on doorstep. Food arrived cold except for soup. I had called restaurant directly to check on order status, they said that the driver has picked up the food over 30mins ago & were shocked that my food hadn’t been delivered. Abysmal service from the driver. Delivery receipt was torn, no driver name or pick up time. Will not be ordering via Menulog again.

Only turned up after I used the 'where is my order function'. The Driver apparently was waiting at the restaurant the whole time... its stone cold when it arrived. At a guess the Driver is a abusing your delay function to stop others collecting orders while gathering many at once and delivering them very slowly. The food is stone cold from a place that I know cares about getting it right. This is the kind of thing that made me stop using your services for over a year.
