I waited over an hour for driver to be allocated & then waited over an hour for the driver to arise at restaurant, it took nearly 3hrs to receive my food which was super dry & yuck very much tasted 3hrs old. I rang restaurant & they confirmed they prepared food when they very first received order & it had been sitting there for over an hour already by that point! I requested fresh food be made but i still received old food! The restaurant even suggested i cancel my order & switch to uber eats!

Everytime i order from this sushi hun restaurant i can see my driver is made to wait at restaurant for 30mins everytime! Why does this restaurant make my driver wait in restaurant 30mins for my food?? Plz address this issue!

Deluvery driver just dropped off ffod at front door. Didn't knock or do anything to let us know, lucky we decided to check for the food, we found it sitting in the sun, no idea how long its been sitting there
