The courier lost signal two blocks from my apartment and I can only imagine he was unable to contact me during this time. Eventually I do receive a phone call asking me to come downstairs. I try both entrances to the building but no one is around and I eventually find him parked awkwardly down the street for lack of parking space. This really is a tech issue that neither Menulog or the driver can control so I want to make it clear I don't blame the driver for the late delivery.
