Absolutely disgusting. Terrible customer service, delivery was hours late, I requested a refund and was told flat out no. It was impossible to get a hold of anyone so I could cancel the order. I was trying to feed children!! Twice the chat was closed before I could finish my conversation. The restaurant was unable to be reached. Putrid service and I’ll never ever order again from Menulog
