I ordered my sushi just prior to 10am with an est d/time of 10-10:30, as I was only staying in Syd for 1 night I was checking out at 11am. When the d/time changed to 10:45-11, i reached out & spoke with an employee in the Menulog chat who advised me my order was on the way. 11am came around, I checked out & continued to wait for my order. I then reached out to cancel the order, but I did not receive any response. I then went to the store myself to cancel but they said I would have to cancel through Menu log. As I had a big drive ahead of me i had no choice but to leave my order when it was finally delivered at 1:30pm. I also had a special request to deliver to me personally which the driver said he did give it to me personally. Definitely not true. How do I go about a refund for this? Regards Emily
