Food sucked, there was ingredients for one item dropped over others, was warm, one bit of sushi wasn’t even wrapped in rice and the 2 drinks ordered weren’t the Thea ones that came. Kind of impressed by how they messed the order up so expertly.

complete wrong order delivered, had to drive to the store to collect correct order. asked politely for extra soy sauce in the order and lucky i checked that before i left the store because i didn’t get a single one. poor form on behalf of courier and store.

2 and a half hours and no food delivered. I had to pick it up myself. I am not happy and will make a formal complaint and expect a full refund from Menulog as it was their fault not the restaurant. I complained online 3 times and have realised it is AI who I was chatting with so nothing was resolved.
