Ordered at 12:17pm. ETA gave 30-50minutes. The ETA kept changing to later and later. Contacted support, they said it would arrive at 1:23pm but by 1:30 it still hadn't arrived. Had to call up the restaurant for an update. Ordered arrived at 1:46pm. Don't think I can use Menulog again.

Very disappointing to see that it over an HOUR for the food to get here, 30 MINUTES LONGER THAN IT SHOULD HAVE!!! I expect some compensation asap!
