Food company completely told it’s me it’s fully microwaveable ,after microwaving it for 20 sec very chewy, no whipped cream for sticky mexican dish and caramel was less than a 1/4 of teaspoon

Time blew out to 15min after ‘courier arrived at restaurant’. A whole meal and condiments from another were missing. Food was cold. I have spoken with restaurant and logged a missing item on app.
