i had no delivery updates throughout the delivery, i got a notification that my food was on its way at 7:35pm i checked my front door at 7:50pm to see if it had arrived because i had no updates, my food was at my front door and was ALL extremely cold and soggy/stale. i didn’t get notified that my order had arrived until 8:10pm. if i had not looked at 7:50pm my food would have been there for 20 minutes. i could not eat any of my food because of how cold and soggy/stale it was

Received boiling warm Coke, even the label was warped due to being hot and I refrigerated. Tacos were stale dry and cold. Mexican rice was half cooked and hard, just disgusting and over priced. Have requested my money back. Really expensive for what you received.

We had two items missing so I called to let them know. The items were cooked and delivered to us within 20 minutes. Great customer service and really nice food.

First, they gave us the wrong food, which thankfully we noticed before leaving. Then the food we did have was bland at best, and barely warm. If you’re after fresh-tasting, flavour-packed Mexican…. This is not it. 😔
