the order was left at our door without notification that it had arrived. by the time we realized it had been delivered it had been sitting out in the cold for 40mins and was cold. very disappointing

The problem was, the order was left at the door without us knowing. Why didn't the driver ring the bell r knock so we knew it was there? THAT is poor service!
