It was easy to place my order and I received confirmation straightaway. There was good reporting on progress, though tracking the delivery itself was weak. I kept getting updates about the expected delivery time, which turned out to be inaccurate, as the delivery was a little earlier than expected. The food was well packaged and piping hot. The option to tip the deliverer is good, but should be available after the delivery (as with Uber), not as part of the order.
