Balti dishes are cooked in an iron wok with Balti sauce made by freshly blended spices, tamarind, coriander leaves, coconut cream and flavoured with herbs. The strength of these dishes are tailored to suit your own taste.
A mixture of polau rice, your choice of meat/ vegetables or prawn served with seperate seasonal mix vegetable curry.
