i literally just wanted nice regular hot chips, which you can get literally everywhere but cannot get in the south west. what they gave me was chunky cut fries doused in some supermarket grade multi purpose seasoning and a sandwich that isn't even passable as fit for human consumption let alone "best in the south west". revolting

There was no obvious place to collect order - eventually had to flag down waitstaff to collect. Food was not hot - room temperature (five minute drive home) - they omitted one item of our order. Tiny serves for arancini and pork rib. Good burger.
