All food is made fresh daily using high-quality ingredients and the highest standards of food safety is followed at every stage and if food is deemed to be of a lesser standard for any reason for example odour the food is disposed of and doesn't reach the shelf. Once the food does leave the store we unfortunately have no control over this process. Please let Menulog know of this information.

I will look into this. We did have an issue on Thursday due to the power outage in the area and the only reason I have told staff to cancel orders is if we are out of stock and don't have any compatible products. I apologise for the inconvenience.

Apologies for this. I'm sure it was an oversite by the staff member that packed the order. We want to make this right so if you decide to give us another chance and order from us again if you put in the notes your coffee order we will send it to you free of charge.
