undercooked both fish and chips and didn't receive the kids fruit box with my grandsons meal

Hi Carrolyn I’m sorry to hear of your review, I personally cooked your fish myself and it wasn’t undercooked but cooked in a different type of oil which all battered food was coming out light in colour using that particular oil. Your kids drinks were placed in a separate bag to your hot food, I'm Unsure to why you didn’t receive this. My apologies for any inconvenience

Worst fish I’ve ever had and the crumb sausage was average. Chips were elite though

We are sorry to hear about the fish, our supplier did send us a different type then we would usually use, i am expecting a delivery this Thursday of the fish we have used for six years and been very popular, I do appreciate your feedback

Food was absolutely horrid! Them pattys on the hamburger plain and no taste. Chips were okay but cold, and nuggets burnt. Won't be ordering from here again.
