Harvest took place during the cool of the night to preserve delicate fruit flavours and aromas. The Shiraz fruit was crushed, destemmed and cold soaked for several hours prior to pressing and clarification. The clarified juice was inoculated with a pure yeast culture and fermented in stainless steel vats at cool temperatures, to maintain the delicate natural aromas and flavours. Product of Australia. A blend of Shiraz, Tempranillo and Merlot from Margaret River, the fruit for Beside Broke Road Dry Rosé was harvested in the cool of the night and left in the picking bins for a short time to allow the juice to pick up some colour from the skins. The Beside Broke Road Dry Rosé is salmon pink in colour and shows generous fruit flavours with a lovely mid-palate texture.
