Food was delivered to my neighbour's house, driver called me to come next door in the rain to collect my order instead of delivering it, despite being paid a tip. My tacos had a note instructing me to enjoy the "extra taco" in a pack of 3 tacos which contained 3 tacos. I couldn't figure out which one was "extra" as thats not how numbers work. Very odd experience.

Food was cold, paid $80 plus for an inedible meal. Ordered non spicy meal choice for a child and both burritos came covered in spicy sauce. Not to mention one was half the size of the other, both were meant to be the same. Even after leaving a note regarding the ‘pork burrito’ there was no enquiry and due to a glitch somehow we got a double up. The delivery time kept getting later and later and once it actually arrived I realised the driver had multiple orders hence ice cold inedible food

received wrong order so we tried contacting them numerous times but no answer, extremely disappointing! Ordered a baked bean burrito for my vegetarian sister and received a chicken.

Ohhh I did not enjoy that burrito. What was that?? It had some sort of sauce which tasted sour? But then weirdly the rest of the burrito including the wagyu was tasteless. I couldn’t finish it. Really not nice sorry to say.
