Food was delivered to the wrong cabin at the caravan park our family is staying at, no phone call or anything just left it, after 20minutes walking around I found it out side in the cold at a random cabin. Food cold, wrong pizza and wrong drink, support offered $29.94 credit, then $35.90 and before I could reply asking for a full refund, the chat ended- very disappointed and dissatisfied

I paid 65 dollars for barely warm chips, chicken wings and a medium gluten free new seafood pizza which was basically canned small prawns a dash of sauce, a hint of garlic and some cheese. So un-Australian and so dissapointed, basically don't bother! Should have gone for steak and a wine at the pub! I added ingredients and heated it up in the air fryer just to make it palatable past a coles budget pizza. The only saving grace were the chicken wings which (also after heating) were amazing!!

food was barely warm by the time it was delivered, really slow process, wasn't impressed. i don't live far away either so this shouldn't have taken so long

Hi Patrick, Thanks for your reply. The food was cooked on the time, but if driver couldn't pick up then what we can do. Delivery is managed by menulog drivers. So, you should understand it is not an issue from us. It is from Menulog drivers as the items was cooked on time and was sitting for drivers.
