Hi Tracy, as discussed when you called, the order was picked up by the Menulog driver at 5.55pm and left the venue. Unfortunately you will need to contact Menulog customer support as there is nothing that we can follow up on our end at this stage.

Our status on delivery had said that it was delivered. It hadn’t been delivered to our address. Finally found out it was delivered to 18 not 1/ B. This is the second time this happened with Menulog. Needless to say the meal was cold. Waste of money.
