I called the restaurant and they said order was ready but no delivery driver had turned up yet. It then Took a further 25 mins before we received our food which was cold and driver just left it at the door and didn't say anything.

Absolute complete waste of time and will never use this service to order food or anything again, in a time when I have to pay for delivery because I cannot pick up an order I have waited over 2 HOURS to receive food, I had the driver go to the wrong address and walk down the street in the rain to collect. On the phone with the restaurant multiple times because they were about close and I had heard nothing from menulog - awful awful awful service
