We have been customers for 20+ years. Delivery times have been increasingly late. Today we were told at 15 min late and 30 min late that the meal was on its way. When it arrived 40 min late, the driver delivered a hot meal - just picked up. Pleased to get a hot meal but 40 minutes late is sadly reducing our commitment to thd Turkish Grill. And misleading advice from Turkish Grill.

Food was amazing as always. Delivery driver drove past us several times and food was slightly cold by then, which was a shame.
