Food was good, but cold due to late delivery. Not sure if it was the restaurant or the driver that caused the delay, but we ordered at 7.30pm and didn't receive our food until 9pm

Food was cold and the delivery time kept changing so I suspect it sat on the bench until someone was available to deliver it. Not great. Tasted good but cold.

I chose Pick Up option because I was on the way to pick up my children so it was best to pick up and go, but it wasn’t the case. I have to wait for another 20 minutes for my order as they said they didn’t receive the order. Apparently they didn’t have Menulog turned on or something. So Menulog you need you make sure all shop has the Menulog exist and functioning in the store.
