Ripped of paid for pide but place is closed when I went to pick it up and no help from Menulog

waited over an hour when it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. they had no cheese at 1pm on a Saturday and said a delivery of cheese would be a few minutes away. we waited 45 minutes for the cheese and ended up getting the pide without cheese as the wait was so long. we also paid for extra cheese which we obviously did not receive and were not refunded for. I will never go back to this place, it has definitely gone down hill over the years
