Hi Jee, We are sorry to hear this feedback but as we attempted to explain to you over the phone before being hung up on was to give the pizzas a try as our pizza’s are cooked on a timed conveyer to avoid this issue and whilst they have great colour they do not taste burnt. We take great pride in what we do and hope next time you can be open minded enough to hear an explanation as these comments can negatively impact a business. Thank you
