The “caramelized” onion on the pizza was burnt black and crisp. Had to pick it all off.

Pizza was soggy and stuck to the box. All fell apart when eating.

Maybe they were just having a bad night, but after I saw the high rating for this pizzeria I wasn’t expecting to receive a burnt pizza with uneven toppings. (Also it was almost 15mins late from the initial time that Menulog had provided. I thought I should state this as the app wouldn’t allow me to select a time span for how late it was. Also, I see this as a Menulog issue rather than a restaurant issue.)

The pizza would have been great, it was the menulog driver who took nearly 2 hours so it was cold and hard.
