Tuesday 11 February 2025Waited for 2 hours for dinner so disappointing and I had to cook alternative meals for the kids and when food finally arrived 2 hours late it was cold. Restaurant had it ready at 6 pm menulog driver didn’t show up until 7.50 pm to pick it up

Saturday 08 February 2025When we collect the pizzas, the male staff (or maybe the owner) didn’t know that we ordered from Menulog until the female staff told him. He said “why didn’t you order straight from us? Now you lose the soft drinks which you could get if you ordered straight from us.” That’s poor manner, if it’s not the Menulog, he could not even had this order.

Friday 07 February 2025Order took 1.5 hours to be prepared in non-peak period. I live 5 mins away but food arrived cold. Delivery driver buzzed apartment and left food on concrete floor without waiting for me to answer. Will not be ordering from here again.
