Traditional southern Vietnamese meal usually served with rice or rice vermicelli, Vietnamese sour soup (Canh Chua). Canh Chua is greatly based on two distinctive flavours sweet and sour, clear broth with fresh vegetables. Typically include pineapples, tomatoes, beansprouts, tamarind, various fresh herbs and garnished with fried garlic and shallots. Accompanied with Ca Kho To (caramelised fish in clay pot), and will not be completed without Nuoc Mam (raw fish sauce) as a condiment.

Vietnamese salad is a lively and refreshing dish mixed with shredded carrots, cucumber, white cabbage, onion, bundle of fresh mints and a hint of lemon juice. This mouthwatering dish finish with a touch of crushed peanuts, fried shallots and coriander. All served with pre-made fish sauce. (variation on each dishes below)

Hearty noodle soup made with chicken broth, served with fresh herbs, beansprouts, chilies and fresh lemon wedges on the side. Choice of rice or egg noodles.
Beef broth served with thick flat rice noodles, featuring fresh basil, mint, beansprouts, chillies, lemon, hoisin and chilli sauce.
Warm rice vermicelli accompanied by a bed of finely-chopped iceberg lettuce, cucumber, beansprouts and mixed fresh mints, topped with shreded pickled carrots, crushed peanuts and shallots. All served with pre-made fish sauce. (Additional spring roll $3 extra)
