Vietnamese Bánh Mì also known as Vietnamese Cold Meat Roll combines a deliciously balanced filling of home-made pickled carrot and radish, alongside freshly chopped cucumbers with a garnish of coriander, spring onion, & chilli (optional). The filling is stuffed inside a thin and crispy baguette with a spread of the rich home-made Vietnamese mayonnaise and patê topped with a sprinkle of pepper and MAGGI soy sauce.
